Month-To-Month

Month-to-month storage leases allow you to store your items for short or long-term. We’re completely flexible to suit your storage needs. There is no minimum and no maximum time period, it is completely up to you! Keep the unit as short or as long as you like, just notify us in advance when you’re ready to move out.

ONE YEAR then MONTH-to-MONTH

If you think you will be renting for an extended time, we offer a discount for ONE YEAR leases. If you pay in advance for a ONE YEAR lease, the FIRST MONTH IS FREE!! Once that year is completed, your unit will automatically revert to Month-to-Month. OR – If you prefer, you can pay another year in advance and receive the same discount. It is completely up to you! Keep the unit for as short or as long as you like. Also, by paying in advance, you lock-in the current rate and you will not be affected by any rate increases during the prepaid time period.

RENT DUE ON THE FIRST OF THE MONTH

Whichever option you choose, your first rent payment is pro-rated so that all future rent payments are due on the first day of the month – and easy to remember. Please note: there is NO GRACE PERIOD so be sure to pay your rent on time.
